It is widely used in industrial pipelines such as metallurgy, power, petrochemical, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction with medium temperature ≤425°C, for regulating flow and cutting off fluid.

Product Features

1. The flange type metal hard seal butterfly valve adopts a triple eccentric sealing structure. The valve seat and disc have almost no wear, providing a sealing function that tightens with use.

2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, combining the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It offers excellent sealing performance at both low and high temperatures, with characteristics such as corrosion resistance and long service life.

3. The disc sealing surface is overlay welded with cobalt-based hard alloy, making it wear-resistant and extending its service life.

4. Large-sized discs use a truss structure, providing high strength, large flow area, and low flow resistance.

5. The metal hard seal butterfly valve has a bidirectional sealing function. Installation is not limited by the flow direction of the medium or spatial position, allowing installation in any direction.

6. The driving device can be installed in multiple positions (rotating 90° or 180°), facilitating user operation.
